Biography
Chicago-born Criminal Defense Attorney, Sydney Oshinski, pursues justice as a bilingual Litigation and Defense Associate, practicing in Criminal Defense, Post-Conviction Relief and Appeals, and Administrative Law. Sydney joined Tait & Hall to align her passion for criminal defense and for the pursuit of protecting People’s Constitutional Rights.
Sydney attended the highly competitive Chicago-Kent College of Law where she graduated cum laude. Working toward her dream career, she completed an international criminal defense internship in Mexico City, a highly sought-after clerkship for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, and an internship with a well-respected local criminal defense firm in Chandler, Arizona. After graduation she was admitted to the Arizona Bar and began her criminal defense career in Arizona where she is admitted to practice in all State Courts.
Sydney brings her unique, hands-on experience throughout all stages of a criminal case to those that are in need of her passion and expertise. Sydney is driven to work diligently and creatively to discover solutions for her Clients and deliver their success. Her practices are focused on criminal defense in both felony and misdemeanor courts, set asides, and rights restorations.
Sydney’s passion for the success of her clients manifests not only in her criminal defense practices, but also other practices of the firm where she translates for Spanish-speaking Clients and their families, and carefully explains the details of legal processes. Her attention to detail and care for others are quickly becoming her personal trademarks.
